Abstract:
Objective To provide basis for emergency vaccination of influenza A(H1N1).
Methods In accordance with the step by step, to ensure focus, informed consent, and voluntary vaccination principle, emergency vaccination was carried out in four batches among key groups.
Results From November,1st 2009 to April 30th 2010, a total of 40 734 people were vaccinated with a vaccination rate of 49.83%.Of which 26.595 students were vaccinated with a vaccination rate of 64.34%, accounting for 65.29% of the total persons inoculated.In the emergency vaccination there were 15 adverse events following mimunization(AEFI) reported with a reporting rate of 34.93/100 000.
Conclusion Influenza A(H1N1)emergency vaccination is an effective and safe means to control the pandemic among massive poulation.
