ObjectiveTo analyze the scores of grass-roots health workers in a medical knowledge test.
MethodsA closed-book test was used to examine the level of knowledge in 850 grass-roots health workers.Descriptive analysis and one-way analysis of variance were carried out.
ResultsThe average scores of physicians, nurses, and prevention and health care workers were 60.13±9.30,61.69±9.38 and 63.49±10.01,respectively.The physicians who had higher levels of education and the health workers who had a 6-15 years work experience had higher scores in the test.
